I am a massive supporter of Video Games Live. If you want a link to my youtube channel let me know. They do video game music by an orchestra, set to lights and video images etc. It's AMAZING!
I waited for 6 years to get to my first concert, living in BFE we had to travel about 6 hours (by car) and then stay in a hotel. It was so worth it!
I became friends with the CEO and founder Tommy Tallarico and Laura Intravia their lead soloist. She has an incredible voice. Their rendition of so many pieces reduces me to tears (and I DON'T cry, lol).
Look up "Video Games Live Tetris Opera" "Video Games Live Still Alive" or "Video Games Live Zelda" on youtube to see some of their best stuff.
